Janitorial Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning

Our Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning includes the General Cleaning list items (shown below) cleaned BY HAND with emphasis and focus on removing build-up, plus the following:

  • Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach* (hand washed or wiped)
  • Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach* (hand washed in place/not removed)
  • Cobwebs removed
  • Blinds & shutters (vacuumed-if excessive build up is present will need to hire a mini blinds cleaning company)**
  • Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
  • Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
  • Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
  • Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
  • Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
  • Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
  • Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
  • All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
  • All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)
  • Light switch plates, door knobs and railings (hand washed)
  • Countertops & backsplashes (hand washed)
  • All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
  • Mirrors (cleaned)
  • Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed to remove build-up)
  • Clean and disinfect inside and outside of toilets
  • Water fountains cleaned and disinfected
  • All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
  • Soap, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper replaced if empty (provided by office of where services are rendered)
  • Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)
  • Stairs (vacuumed &/or mopped)
  • Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)

Janitorial Cleaning Duties

  • Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
  • Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted and handwiped. Pictures on walls are dusted only and not handwiped)
  • Furniture (dusted & polished)
  • Top of refrigerator (dusted)
  • Outside of appliances cleaned
  • Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
  • Inside and outside of microwave (washed and shined)
  • Countertops & backsplashes (washed and shined)
  • All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
  • Mirrors (Windexed)
  • Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
  • Toilets inside and outside sanitized and disinfected
  • All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
  • Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)

  • Soap, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper replaced if empty (provided by office of where services are rendered).

  • Water fountains cleaned and disinfected
  • Light switch plates, door knobs and railings sanitized
  • Stairs (vacuumed and/or mopped)
  • Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped)
  • We do not provide the service of waxing/buffing floors or cleaning carpets at this time

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move heavy furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. 

** We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require a professional mini-blind cleaning service. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
